What I have learnt this Holiday

I have learnt a huge amount of things about kindness this school holidays. I've learnt to use my manners and even when to use them. Before the school holidays started I was just an ordinary kid but now i’m like a kindness superhero. Being kind doesn’t apply to everyone but it’s just the right thing to do.

Today is the last day of the school holidays, I have been blogging since the first day of the holidays and I have missed some days. All my posts have been about Kindness, helping and simple acts of kindness. Kindness can be a quality of being a good friend towards others and putting yourself into other people’s shoes, by respecting their wishes in life.

I have had a great holiday and I hope that you have too. Spending time with family, friends and having fun with them. I bet we all would rather stay home for another 2 weeks but I think going back to school will be fun, what i’m looking forward to is seeing all my friends and my teachers.

Kindness Overload

1. Compliment someone in a encouraging way, 
2. Praying for people in need, 
3. Helping to clean up someone else's mess,
4. Donating money or time, 
5. Holding the door open,
6. Leaving gifts for someone random,
7. Lend an elderly person a hand,
8. Thank services like the fire department, police, etc,
9. Let someone into traffic who looks like their in a rush, 
10. Cheering up loved ones, 

My Kindness Story

My Kindness story starts by a simple act of kindness, helping my grandpa in hospital, 
massaging his legs and arms keeping him company and enjoying time with him and family members. My grandpa has been in hospital for quite some time and in the holiday's we've visited him nearly every single day.

What I think - What Wheoritia te atawhai means to me is Kindness and Peace, being kind can be hard for some people they may find it hard to forgive their enemies. 


Venetia- Showing kindness to your family, friends and to your community. It also means showing respect to elder people. 

Rosalina- Being kind to family and helping out others who are in need. Giving back or helping the homeless, offering help to everyone

What Kindness means to Me

What Kindness means to me is not only about helping others, cleaning , cooking or even sharing with friends or family, Kindness means more to me than you think. Kindness means to me making someone’s day special or making some feel like their included. Sometimes Kindness means making my mum a Coffee or giving my niece a bath or possibly helping my siblings with their homework. Kindness can mean anything depending on how you react what does kindness mean to you Comment down bellow about what kindness means to you.

Coupons for my Nana

Hot sun, clear beaches and the sound of coconuts falling off tree’s, Well that’s what my Nana just experienced. Yesterday late at night my Nana had just arrived from Samoa, as she was attending a dance festival. Arriving in a bright red dress with white hibiscus flowers  surrounding her dress. My Nana arrived safely and with a load of banana chip in her bags.

Usually at my house my Nana is the boss, if she want’s a vase of flowers on the table she gets it it’s the same with where everything goes like chairs, the table or even the cups, plates and bowls. She cleans nearly everyday and sometimes she ends up with a very painful back so during the school holidays I decided to make my Nana a series of coupons to help her out.
